Delivery of Prints and Cards
All large prints and originals are wrapped in a plastic sleeve and acid free tissue and rolled mailed in tubes. For smaller prints and originals they are mailed with acid free tissue in a plastic sleeve in flat reinforced packages.
If you have any problems receiving the print then please get in touch and we can track the package online, tracking should provided when oder is confirmed shipped. Shipping can take up to 1-3 weeks to arrive in the UK from when the order is made. And up to 2-4 weeks for international shipping.
2 prints sent to the same location may be rolled in the same tube, any more this may require additional packages. As well different shipping locations will require different purchases, shipping, invoicing and tracking.
Returns and Refunds
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Please contact before returning
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, if ordered through the website then your name and date of purchase should be enough information for us to find the proof of purchase.
If your order arrives in poor condition then please get in touch explaining the issue. If there is damage to the product then send us some digital photos along with your order number and date of purchase and state whether you would like a replacement or a refund (not applicable for originals). We will then email you with the address to send your return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Even if the giclee print is not damaged if you are unsatisfied with it we will give a full refund minus all the shipping costs. If this is the case, please contact us and we will provide our address for returns.
Please return giclee prints in the protective packaging in which you received it.
Cards are non refundable unless damaged.
Original drawings are non refundable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs in returning your item.
Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are returning an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. If you return a giclee print and the print never arrives with us, then we cannot offer a refund.
If you are returning an undamaged print because you are unsatisfied with the product we cannot then refund you if the product arrives back with us damaged. In this case you would have to try and claim back the cost of print from the postal service you use. For this reason we strongly advice that you use shipping insurance when returning products.
